Usage information: Quiz attempts, study progress, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through normal server logs and application functionality.

- Publicly on the Service: Your display name and User Content you choose to publish (quizzes, comments) may be visible to other users and the general public depending on sharing settings. If you enable it in Account settings, your display name may appear in the site's recent activity feed when you complete a quiz or flashcard session; you may turn this off at any time.
- Service providers: Hosting, email, or infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data retention
We retain information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain data after account deletion for backup, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize it in the ordinary course.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
